Meet This Year’s Leadership Consultants

The 2019-2020 Leadership Consultants are already on the road visiting chapters, helping with recruitment, and welcoming our new Alphas. If you haven’t had the chance to meet them yet, here are this year’s LCs:

 

Erin Beauregard, Epsilon Rho – University of Nevada, Las Vegas

Positions: Lion’s Share Challenge Chair, Recruitment and Marketing Vice President, Panhellenic President, Executive Office Intern

Most Excited About: “Meeting women from across the states (and Canada) and creating lifelong connections.”

Most Nervous About: “Losing my luggage.”

 

Brooke Bezdek, Gamma Gamma – Florida Southern College

Positions: Philanthropy Chair, Director of Social Enrichment, Panhellenic Vice President of Recruitment

Why did you apply to be an LC?: “In my junior year, I had the opportunity to study abroad in London, but in doing so I lost a semester in my chapter. I loved my collegiate years in ADPi, and I knew I had more to give to the organization.”

Fun Fact: “I always love to make people smile and I love to laugh!”

 

Carley Chatterley, Theta Gamma – Sonoma State University

Positions: Panhellenic Delegate, Recording Secretary, Membership Education Vice President, Guard, Executive Office Intern

Most Excited About: “I am looking forward to meeting some young women who are on fire for ADPi and motivated to make an impact in this organization. Oh yeah, and those midnight recruitment crazies!”

Fun Fact: “My friends always tell me that my smile is contagious!”

 

Kayleigh Fox, Beta Sigma – Mercer University

Positions: PR Chair, Recruitment and Marketing Vice President, Chapter President

Why did you apply to be an LC?: “Becoming an LC is an opportunity for me to travel across the country and meet our wonderful sisters and hear what ADPi means to them.”

Fun Fact: “My friends would describe me as a good listener, avid fan of the royal family, and a servant leader.”

 

Annabelle Hale, Zeta Beta – North Carolina State University

Positions: Membership Education Vice President, Recording Secretary, Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor, Executive Office Intern

Most Excited About: “Getting to see the diversity of our chapters from across the nation.”

Dream Job: “Host of the Today Show is my absolute dream job!”

 

Jennifer Mitchell, Gamma Tau – University of Vermont

Positions: Panhellenic Delegate, Director of Standards and Ethics, Panhellenic Rho Gamma

Why did you apply to be an LC?: “I was inspired by the LCs who brought so much energy and guidance when they visited my chapter. I loved the structure of the job (getting to do something different every day!) and the possibility of spending a year traveling.”

Fun Fact: “I would have loved to have been Guard. I love our ritual and appreciate the impact the Guard can have on maintaining the integrity of a chapter and inspiring members through ritual.”

 

Kathleen Nicholson, Zeta Beta – North Carolina State University

Positions: Guard, Homecoming Chair, Recording Secretary, Panhellenic Vice President of Service and Philanthropy

Most Excited About: “I am most looking forward to entering into these women’s lives and empowering them live their fullest lives.”

Dream Job: “I would love to write a book some day!”

 

Elle Stover, Theta Xi – University of Central Oklahoma

Positions: COR Chair, Director of Standards and Ethics, Chapter President

Why did you apply to be an LC?: “To hopefully make an impact on aspiring collegians just as the LCs that visited my chapter did for me.”

Most Nervous About: “Missing my dog too much.”

 

Sydney Swanson, Pi – Iowa State University

Positions: Membership Education Vice President, Chapter President, Executive Office Intern

Most Excited About: “I’m so excited for all the relationships I am going to be able to make!”

Fun Fact: “I’m also excited to travel! I didn’t get the chance to leave the Midwest growing up.”

 

Lilly Turner, Zeta Nu – Clemson University

Positions: Historian, Formal Recruitment Chair

Why did you apply to be an LC?: “I want to be able to enrich another member’s experience as mine was enriched by the leaders in my chapter as well as facilitate a positive experience for each sister I meet.”

Dream Job: “I aspire to build a career around personal development, nature/natural resources, and design/creativity.”

 

Senior Leadership Consultant

Rachel Minter, Gamma Xi – University of California, Santa Barbara

Positions: Recording Secretary, Executive Vice President, Chapter President

Most Excited About: “I am looking forward to working more with the chapters, IOs, and staff members to achieve the goals that we set last year as well as meeting and working with the new LCs!”

Fun Fact: “I would like to work in organizational change management in the future and with all of the changes that are going on in ADPi, this seemed like the perfect job to give me more experience for the future.”
