You can obtain the Potential Member Profile by clicking on the following link Potential Member Profile. Make sure when you complete the profile, you include ways to make this potential member "stand out" and if possible, include a picture. You may want to copy and paste the Potential Member Profile into a Word document and then complete it. You can check on the appropriate university website to verify recruitment dates so you can mail it to the chapter before recruitment begins.

Legacy Introduction Form

This form is to be used by collegiate and alumnae members to introduce legacies to collegiate chapters. You can click on the following link to obtain this form Legacy Introduction.   When you compete this form, include information about the Legacy and a picture if possible. To make sure the form arrives in time for Recruitment, check the university website to verfiy recruitment dates.
