NPC April Chairman’s Message from Eve Riley: Making Student Housing as Safe as Possible Each April, hundreds of undergraduate women and men head to Congress to pursue one of our national priorities: Safe student housing. Our spring visit to Capitol Hill this April is also an educational opportunity for Panhellenic women in both the legislative process and grassroots campaigning.
