Alumnae Volunteers Needed for Adelphean Compass Leadership Team
The Adelphean Compass Leadership team is seeking alumnae members to work on Phase 2 of the Adelphean Compass program, which will concentrate on District Leadership Conference (DLC) programming. The team will begin work in August and continue through the last DLC. Team members should be able to research and create content for presentations, participate actively on team calls, commit to and meet deadlines, be comfortable presenting to large groups, as well as facilitate small group discussion and activities.
The time commitment will include:
- Bi-weekly team conference calls beginning in August. (1 hour each call)
- Subteam conference calls as determined by small working groups. (1 hour each call)
- At least one face to face meeting at Executive Office. (Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon)
- Individual work on assignments between team calls. (estimate 5-8 hours per week as content is created, so this is not every week)
- Presenting the workshops at one or more DLCs. (DLCs begin last weekend of January and continue through weekends in February)
*Work will begin in August and the DLCs are the last weekend in January and weekends in February.

Please include your Alpha Delta Pi leadership experience, professional leadership experience, other volunteer leadership experience, and your experience in presenting/facilitating to large and small groups.
