Our landscape has rapidly changed in a short amount of time. How we do sorority right now may look different, but our why hasn’t changed. Alpha Delta Pi is committed to providing opportunities for members to engage and resources to adjust to our temporary “new normal”. Remember, Alpha Delta Pi is a sisterhood from coast to coast, and you have a friend in every town—even when those friendships must be cultivated from a distance. We’ve been here for you since 1851, and we’re here for you now.
Virtual Engagement Resources
Alpha Delta Pi has a series of resources available for members to help navigate the transition to a virtual space.

- Volunteer Operations and Engagement includes guidance for alumnae associations and resources to support volunteers.
- Building Community in Virtual Spaces offers resources and ideas for wellness and self-care, connecting with others, and virtual event ideas.
Building Community in Virtual Spaces
Alpha Delta Pi is committed to providing ways for members to engage and learn together throughout all stages of membership.
Be the First Webinar Series
Be the First Webinar Series provides space to put yourself first and develop YOU in a variety of ways. Each session, a different speaker will lead a conversation to help you learn something new, develop and enhance your skills, connect with sisters, and grow through virtual community.
Alpha Delta Pi has two Facebook groups providing space for members to engage with one another. Click an image below to request to join.
To our graduating members, although this ending to your year looks different than you imagined, we are confident you are prepared for the journey ahead of you. We are hopeful your Alpha Delta Pi collegiate experience specifically has prepared you to “achieve a rich and useful life”.
Over the coming weeks, we want to stay in touch and offer opportunities for connection, support, and celebration of YOU! We invite you to stay connected and engage through upcoming experiences designed specifically for you. To learn more about your transition to an alumna, visit our Seniors page for information.
Update Contact Info
We don’t want to lose contact with you as you transition from Delta to Pi member. Be sure to update your information in Pride Online each time you move to remain connected with ADPi through email, snail mail, AND your lifetime subscription to the Adelphean magazine! Please be sure to update your email address to your permanent email address (not a .edu or generic chapter officer address) so that we can stay in touch!
Submit a Photo!
We want to celebrate you! We know many of you missed out on the opportunity for graduation photos with your chapter sisters. We would love to recognize you in a special way and invite you to send us a photo in your cap and gown! Please email your photo to email@example.com with the file name save in this format: major.firstname.lastname.chaptername.
Although physical distancing prevents us from offering Jewel Degree at this time, please know participation in Jewel Degree is not required for you to become an alumna, or Pi member. Graduating members in good standing will become a Pi member upon the end of the spring academic term. Alumnae Associations and alumnae volunteers are considering options for hosting Jewel Degree in a city near you to ensure you can participate in this meaningful ceremony once we’re able to gather together.
