In partnership with EF Go Ahead Tours, this program invites sisters to embark on unforgettable journeys across the globe, discovering new places, immersing in local cultures, and sharing meaningful adventures with fellow alumnae.

Portugal – October 15-23, 2026
Our inaugural trip is to the beautiful Portugal! This is your chance to explore one of Europe’s most charming and vibrant destinations, all in the company of your sisters.
Portugal offers something for everyone. Picturesque cities perched along peaceful riverbanks. Elegant Old Towns lined with cobblestone streets. Countless architectural gems, including opulent churches and palaces. Emerald countryside, sparkling coastlines, and mouthwatering food and drinks. From Porto in the north to Lisbon and the sunny Algarve in the south on our tour extension, you’ll discover that this small but diverse country truly has it all.

- Who can sign up for the trips?
At this time, Diamond Destinations trips are open exclusively to Alpha Delta Pi alumnae who are in good standing with the Sorority.
- Where can I find the itinerary and trip details?
Each Diamond Destinations trip has its own dedicated booking site with full details, including the itinerary, pricing, travel logistics, and more. Our first trip—to Portugal in October 2026—is now available.
- Are payment plans available for the trips?
Yes! EF Go Ahead Tours offers several flexible payment plan options for travelers with deposits starting as low as $99/down. Keep in mind that as trip departure dates approach, fewer payment options may be available. To take advantage of the best plans, we recommend contacting EF Go Ahead Tours as early as possible.
- How do I book my flight?
EF Go Ahead Tours offers an optional airfare package at the time of booking if you’d like them to arrange your flights. Travelers also have the option to book their own airfare; however, please note that you’ll be responsible for managing any delays, changes, or other travel issues, as well as your transportation to and from the airport at destination. More information about flight options can be found on each trip’s individual booking site or by calling the expert team at Go Ahead Tours.
- What if I don’t have a travel partner?
No problem! If you select double occupancy but don’t have a travel partner, you’ll be paired with another ADPi alumna as your roommate. We’ll do our best to match you with someone who shares a similar travel style to help ensure an enjoyable experience for both of you. Single occupancy rooms are also available for those who prefer their own space; however, please note that pricing may vary if you choose this option.
- Will I need a passport to travel?
Yes! A valid passport is required for all international travel. More information about the passport process can be found on the trip’s booking site. We recommend applying for or renewing your passport as early as possible to ensure it arrives in time for your trip.
- What level of physical activity should I expect?
Each Diamond Destinations tour includes moderate walking—typically a few hours each day—over a mix of paved roads, cobblestone streets, uneven terrain, and occasional hills. Travelers should be in good health and able to participate in all included walks without assistance. Please note that adding optional excursions or extra days to your trip may increase the total amount of walking required. Travelers should also be comfortable managing their own luggage throughout the trip. If you have any mobility concerns or physical limitations, please contact EF Go Ahead Tours directly to discuss available accommodations or recommendations.
