**There will be programming Sunday morning. When cleared to book travel, please do not plan to leave the hotel property before 12PM. 

ADPi Academy is an engaging training experience designed to build essential knowledge, skills, and abilities for collegiate officers while connecting them with Alpha Delta Pi on a larger scale. This program will also include district team meetings, time for chapters to meet with their IO team, and training for advisors. If a chapter has a conflict with their assigned dates, the Collegiate Province Director should work with their District Team Director and Allyse Ketter, Events and Education Coordinator, to determine options.

Chapters should plan to send their President, VP Event Management, VP Finance, VP Marketing, VP Member Development, VP Membership Experience, VP Operations, VP Panhellenic Relations, VP of Recruitment, Executive Chapter Advisor, and Finance Advisor.

Registration will open in fall 2024. Registration costs and a sample agenda will be communicated before registration opening. Chapters will book hotel rooms at the designated property and handle travel arrangements for officers and advisors; these are not included in the conference registration. Rooms will be booked through a direct link at a group rate. Please do not book rooms or travel arrangements until further guidance is given and registration opens.
