Membership Reinstatement

Thank you for your interest in reinstating your Alpha Delta Pi membership. To begin the process, click here to complete the reinstatement request form.

Please note before beginning the form that you will need to provide the name and email address of a reference who is an Alpha Delta Pi member in good standing. Your reference will be asked to complete a short form.

Once your form is submitted and the response from your reference is received, your request will be reviewed. This process may take 2-4 weeks. If your reinstatement request is approved, the reinstatement of your membership will be contingent upon payment of a reinstatement fee and any outstanding balance to your chapter at the time of membership cancellation.
