UPDATE (9:00AM 7/10/2026): Pride Online and Pi Portal are back online. Thanks for your patience while we performed this major upgrade. If you submitted a login request, we are working through the queue now so you should get a response sometime today. 

\UPDATE (5:40PM 7/8/2026): Phase two has been completed and the final phase has been started. Work on phase three will take all day Thursday. The plan is now for Pride Online, Pi Portal, and Property Pi Portal to be back online Friday morning at 9AM. 

UPDATE (10:00AM 7/8/2026): An issue was discovered with the results of phase one that resulted in having to perform phase one a second time. The second process was completed successfully. Work on phase two has been restarted. We will provide another update later today.

UPDATE (8:00AM 7/7/2026): Phase one of the upgrade has been completed successfully. There are three phases. Work on phase two has started.

UPDATE (9:00AM 7/6/2026): Pride Online, Pi Portal, and Property Pi Portal are now offline.

UPDATE (8:20AM 7/6/2026): Pride Online, Pi Portal, and Property Pi Portal will be taken offline at 9AM (approximately 40 minutes from now).

Our member database application will be upgraded beginning Monday, July 6, 2026. This is a major system upgrade and is expected to take several days to complete. We anticipate the upgrade will be finished no later than Thursday, July 9, though we are hopeful it will be completed sooner.

Because our member and chapter websites—including Pride Online, Pi Portal, and Property Pi Portal—integrate directly with the member database, these systems will be unavailable starting at 9:00 a.m. ET on Monday, July 6. Access will be restored once the upgrade is complete.

Pride Online users: If you have an urgent need to access information or submit a recommendation, please do so before Monday, July 6.

Chapter officers, chapter advisors, and House Corporation officers: Please complete any time-sensitive updates or changes in Pi Portal before Monday, July 6.
