As part of your sign-up process, you should have been provided with the following statement which provides us with permission to use the recordings, such as photos or videos, taken at ADPi-affiliated events.
During the course of your membership, employment, and/or volunteering with ADPi you will attend ADPi-affiliated events. During such events, photographs, video recording, audio recordings, or other means of recording may be made and which may include your name, image, and/or likeness. You grant permission to ADPi, our partners, licensees and assigns, including but not limited to our brand and media partners, to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the ADPi-affiliated event (regardless of whether before, during or after the event) for any purpose, including for publication in our digital archive, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
Digital Archives
As part of our desire to enhance our community and preserve the many memories had through our events, we are creating a digital archive of the photos taken at ADPi-affiliated events from the past and intend to continue to add photos taken at future ADPi-affiliated events to this digital archive. While our intent is solely to preserve the memories of our members, we understand that you may not want all of the photos to be available online.
If you want us to remove any photos that include you, please contact us at webmaster@alphadeltapi.com with your name and a link to the photo you wish for us to remove.
Upon receipt of your request, we will review the request to verify the contents of the request and will endeavor to remove the photo within a reasonable amount of time. During our verification process, we may ask you for additional information or for the reasons why you are requesting removal so that we can improve our processes.
